How to Change Units of Capacity

Preview

Before we start this chapter you might want to review this:
These are the units of capacity which we use in our every day life like for example when we put water in a glass.

So for example if  there are 32 quarts of soda in a spray bottle then how may fluid ounces are these?
To do this we first have to find out how many ounces are in 1 quart and since there are 8 ounces in a cup and 1 pint has 2 cups which is 16 ounces and in 1 quart there are 2 pints which have 32 ounces , so there are 32 ounces in a quart. Now that we know that we can multiply 32 by 32 since there are 32 ounces and 32 quarts. So our answer will that there are 1024 fluid ounces in 32 quarts.
Now try some of these and make sure to watch the video on YouTube.
